We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or shipping address inconsistencies.

Shipping

All orders ship discreetly via tracked US carriers. Shipping times are estimates — we are not responsible for carrier-side delays once a package has shipped.

Returns

Due to the nature of the products we sell, all sales are final once the order has shipped. If you receive a defective cart, contact sales@wholemelts.us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you on a resolution.
